Cose positive: Cordiality, good position (also the area around is pretty good), good price/quality ratio
Cose negative: cleanliness could be better (quite bad smell in all the structure and the moquette in the rooms needs to be cleaned better), wifi is usable only at the first floor (not in the kitchen and not in the rooms)

Cose positive: My Brother and I stayed in this hostel in November 2014 for almost one week, and I have to say that I'm very happy for the brilliant welcome we got. People working in this hostel welcome guests quite well and they are already available to work out all the problems. The hostel is not near the centre of London but it is very well connected to the rest of the city by the tube and the buses. I do recommend it to everyone visiting London for a few days.
