To reach the B&B The Caponi Bros from Venice Marco polo airport take bus n. 15 for di direction of Panorama or bus atvo for the direction of Venezia Mestre and get off at Mestre train station.
It takes 20 minuets from marco polo to Mestre train station. We are 150 m. away from Mestre train station.
Just infront of the train station there is a street called Via Piave.
Take this Street and after 130 mt turn on your right Via Sernaglia than after 20 mt on your left Via Col Moschin ).
My b&b is on the via col moschin n.4(close to the Hotel Piave).
